The best way so far, go to network settings, advanced settings, alternate Mac address, clear Mac address, allow the console to reset, it should work, this is for Xbox only.

Had an issue happen to me where was loading to play one on one game seemed to crash/freeze and had to restart and now I can't retrieve the saved data. So I have to start again? or is there a way I can get it back. Very frustrating if I can't have created superstars and movesets and in game credits etc.. grrrr
You might have to start again, I remember a few days ago on the current gen version of the game my data got erased for no reason, good thing I really didn’t do much on that version of the game. I hope they can fix this problem so it won’t happen to more people

I figured it out. Some reason I started deleting most of all my pictures and video games I do not play anymore and I have not had any problems. I suggest it could help anybody with his problem.
