Knowing speedrunners, it'll take only a few months for someone to complete this in a time of 2:14 using a double bounce into a Sydney Slide using a spare piece of geometry and Heathcliffing (which requires 47 frame perfect and angle perfect inputs) to the end.

I don’t know how beamng works because I don’t have a PC but if this map is available to download it’d be really interesting to challenge the community to fastest runs as the realistic physics adds a layer onto the track mania design. This video could start a beamng track racing series

But it’s not just crashes, it’s the physics. Beam is realistic in almost everything. It’s not because of the crashes. Beamng can do so much more than incidents
Yeah, I wish there was more mods that had cars from different games or hot wheels car mods, I think it would be pretty sick lmao
it's actually a really interesting combo of a trackmania gameplay, but with beamng damaging model. the longer you go, the more damaged the car gets, so this dramatic tension of "will you actually make it?" intensifies

god, i love physics driving things like this where you can FEEL how inertia and angles and breaks and acceleration and stuff effect the driving, instead of just a fast/slow dynamic.

"A little handbrake action for the ladies" gave me flashbacks to Cars 1 on the PS2, cause when you did anything that gave you points/extra boost (like driving backwards, drifting, big airs, etc), McQueen had a chance to say "one for the ladies!"
the fails at the end are more funny than frustrating from the perspective of everybody who didn't have to go through it. but how long did it take you to get to the 5:26 perfect run? because just judging from all the fails you put into the video, I'm willing to bet it was upwards of an hour

probably not at all, because the ticks on the sim will barely ever be perfectly aligned and in simulations even a tiny offset might change things drastically

7:01 - the total, utter failure of the second half of the track to provide any sort of impediment to the majestically soaring car, is just freaking hilarious.
That was awesome, I want to see more of this!! That was actually a very difficult looking track. I'm definitely going to try it out myself. It reminds me of the light runner tracks which I love.

This map looks insane and very creative. It must have been so stressful getting far and then just falling off.
I have to say, I think the production value of these videos is really excellent and underrated. There are so many subtle things, like the choice of camera angles and pauses in the music that really add to the experience. Not to mention the probably insane amount of time it takes to get just the right shot or build and complete a course like this. 👍

This just reminds me of my friends' reaction when I told them I always drive in 1st person in GTA V, after completing a heist with the Kuruma or however it's spelled... The armored car with extremely low visibility. "But how?" Over and over, they couldn't believe that I'd driven them through all that in 1st person.

Found the channel yesterday, and I kinda want to see GrayStillPlays attempt this course.
He used to do beamng videos in the past, but has since moved on to other games, like GTA5 or Happy Wheels, but this looks like it'd be fun.
