City of Yonkers NY Police Department - Getting Information To/From the Streets

The City of Yonkers Police Department aims to highlight the various ways of technology used to get crime information and intelligence out to the members of the Department and also to solicit crime information from the public. These methods would include their shot spotter system (acoustic gunshot detection system), Tips411 anonymous texts from the public which results in search warrants and arrests, and their use of mobile plate readers, surveillance cameras, intelligence briefings, and how these enable the Dept. to get info to the Officers and investigators on the street.

Officer#114 from 2nd precint harassing taxi drivers by the empire city casino whose parked safely in the side of the street. by chasing them and giving them tickets and in the same time not chasing the other group of taxi drivers witch parking on bus lane and in the middle of the road because he is friend with them
