- Here is the, all new/brand new Nitecore HC65 UHE headlamp. This is sporting the exclusive Nitecore UHE LEDs for a pure flood performance. Also the new series of 18650 cells with 4000mAh. This has a simple UI. The red LEDs are bright as well. The USB Type C charging system can quickly charge the included battery if a QC/PD charger is used. This also can run on any button top cells so you can have extra on hand and swap out for extended runtimes on your adventure. the head band is nice and comfortable. Battery level side indicators is nice and easy to see. The storage case is nice so you can safely store this when you travel. See link and code below:

Just got one last week. Crazy bright and relatively comfortable to wear. Attracts every bug around it's so bright. A little annoying when they are landing on my face, but it's great for walking around the backyard at night.

makes one wonder whether flashlight development has basically exceeded practical need. I would like to see more advanced batteries being used mainly to extend run time, which is akways a plus, rather than fuel ever increasing and very blinding light intensity. Very impressive run times on this light, but does not seem to fill a practical need. feel rather ambivalent about it.
