LOUD motorcycle exhausts in the UK?

Hello there my good friends!
Today i decided to have a little chat about motorcycle exhausts and the rules, laws and regulations surround the subject - im not an expert and have no idea what im talking about.... hence im talking about it.

The point towards the end is possibly the most important.
Treat the police with respect and they'll treat you with respect.
I've never got a ticket personally but have been with others when they've been ticketed.
There's a lot of stupid systems around these days like SC project and AR racing.
115db is just insane...

I have a decat and standard can. wanting to change it but not sure on what end can. Never a word said to me about any of my bikes with exhuast sounds tbh

A lot of choice out there… I’d recommend defo having a listen to a few before the purchase… I see many people going for something like Austin racing and then immediately regretting it as they’ve got a decat and it’s hella loud!

So much choice now.. I'm really unsure who to go with for decat and end can.

@Stebo1988 I was gonna go with the BW, but see they don't stock the decat link pipe for the 2023 model. When asked, they told me it will be 3-4 months.

@matthewjackson3034 double check dimensions but I think the 2022 and 2023 are the same
