People can talk all the shit they want about jeffree, but out of all the lipstick ive tried, jeffree has the best formula and is affordable. Other brands sell lipsticks up to 40 dollars each and none near as good as jeffrees lipsticks. He actually cares about his costumers and the quality of his products. He apologize for everything he said or did in the past. Humans make mistakes. Move on already. The more you talk shit, the more famous he becomes. I rarely see Kat bon D. Wonder why? Probably for talking so much shit about a person and with so little evidence.
Agree while it probably depends on you whether you consider 18$ affordable (kinda depends on the exchange rate for me, too) but honestly, the formula is bomb. Some shades are streaky but I can fix that with one shade when adding an extra layer. Will definitely try to store my lipsticks in my fridge. Plus, they are vegan and eye-safe so one would get so much use out of them!
Bianca He I agree for some people 18 is too much, but i believe is fair. Colour pop is great for people who cant afford to pay that much for a lipstick though. But yes jeffrees formula is the bomb. 💣

Yeah I agree. His prices aren't super cheap, but he could be charging a lot more and ppl would pay. I think his pricing is fair. He's obviously using quality products and takes enough time with releases that he's proud of his products. (You know, instead of releasing a new collection every other month.)

the lipsticks can be used as eyeliner too. So, colours like drug lord can have a second use as a liquid liner.

To clear up any confusion in case it is not mentioned in the video, the lipsticks with the pink top are here to stay and the ones with the yellow tops are limited edition and I believe the white tops are limited edition as well

Any other but the iconic Jeffree Star pink, are limited edition. Pink is basically the color of his brand. So those are to stay, unless he decides for some reason to pull a shade back.

I am disgusted by so many of these comments from both sides of the argument. It seems that people just go to the comment section to be nasty to each other now. There is a way to have a calm, adult conversation about difference of opinion. i have the color mashochist and i agree that it is thick. i happen to like that because it wears all day. i usually wear it in the water line and as liner for a wing, its gorgeous for hazel and brown eyes 😌

I am a subscriber to jeffree. I am neither a massive fan or someone who hates him. He's knowledgeable about products and does some cool looks on his channel.
The real deal is jeffree has said shit that normal people say all the time (I don't condone it fyi) but he is famous so everyone knows about it. Again not sticking up for or depending him but It was also a very long time ago, he is the same age as me and I am such a different person to who I was 5 years ago let alone 10+ years ago and I'm sure you are aswell. Just a thought 😀 no one's perfect we all have flaws and unfortunately for people who are famous they make their mistakes publicly and it's on the Internet forever. Imagine how it would feel to have people you know mention your mistakes every second of the day. I'm saying this not for jeffree, but for the way that everyone in the public eye is judged. theyre people too.

I think it's really unfair for people to be jumping on Shannon for this. She hasn't defended JS as a person or what he said in the past, she's reviewing the product because people have been asking for it for ages. Her pinned comment isn't telling you "oh if only you knew him like I did, people change, he's so great!" like some other CZcamsrs have, she's leaving it up to you. You can vote with your wallets and choose who to support and who to avoid. I don't like JS, I would never buy from him, but at the same time I can see how some people might accept his "apology" and get past what he's said in the past. Some people just separate the person from the product.
I think Shannon is one of the most trustworthy, down-to earth, genuine beauty CZcamsrs around at the moment, and I don't think it's fair for people to be so harsh on her for what really is just a lip swatch video. Unsubscribe if you want, comment that you hate JS and don't want to buy his stuff, but there are some really condescending, personal, and just downright mean comments that I find unneccessary. Shannon has shown time and time again that she is a good and kind person, and I think she deserves better than some of the vitriol I'm seeing.
I can totally see where you're coming from. I love Shan, and this video doesn't change that. Although I really wish people would understand that just coming on here all aggressive is NOT the answer. No one responds constructively to being attacked. I myself very much dislike JS, and my frustration is that while I understand she in no way condones his behavior or encourages anyone to buy from him, when you post a video on your channel using his products, that is (in my opinion) showing support for the brand. I know people have probably been requesting this video like crazy, but at the end of the day she is in control of her content. I'm sure you probably know this already, but Jeffree Star liquid lipsticks are eye safe. You can use all the "unwearable/less wearable" colors as eyeliner.
