Without a doubt Katie deserves a Mother’s Day whilst in America! It’s only right, as she’s amazing and does a fantastic job day in day out! Shes so inspiring to me and many others! Those mess free bluey colouring sets that were $5 are fantastic. They won’t draw or colour in anything but the mess free colouring pages they come with/other sets. And it’s magic, they colour in the same colour the lid is even tho the pens look colourless! Fantastic invention! I’d defined love to see a weekly food shop or even who can cook the best meal for $5/10! Glad you guys are having an absolutely amazing time in the USA! 🇺🇸 just keep rising ❤️

if you have an excuse to treat your wife/mum 2 days of the year instead of 1 why wouldn't you?
Of course mums are special everyday, but they do so much for their families that having a dedicated day a year is an extra focus on making sure they're recognised. If there are 2 mothers days or 2 chances to show your wife/mum just how special, appreciated, and seen she and her efforts are, I would want my mum to have that 1000%.
I'm not a mum, I'm a grown adult, but I see now I'm older that I want my mum to be cared for and recognised as much as possible. So 2 mothers days, wow! what a blessing to show her how much i love her, what a beautiful reminder for the dates to have aligned that way❤

Memorial Day is also celebrated with USA decor. It is the last Monday in May. Mothers should be celebrated often. Katie deserves all the parties and gifts! I think a 24 hour Dollar Tree food challenge might be more doable for vegans than a whole week. :)
I was working at dollar tree when prices changed about a year and a half ago , i read the paperwork some dollar trees were converted to $1.25 beyond while my Dollar Tree in Clearwater Florida was still only $1.25 For Everything!!! You just have to find the right dollar tree because you never know which ones more money until you get into the store!

I've thought of a ridiculous challenge you could try...only buying things which people have put back in the WRONG place!!! Obviously, not frozen things which have been left to thaw out...but I was wandering round Tesco today and saw just how many things are dumped in the wrong place! 😵💫

Two things, first, yes Katie deserves a second mother's day. Second, yes the America stuff is for Independence Day. In America the stores stock the shelves months ahead of the different holidays.

I love Dollar Tree! I buy kitchen towels there. They are not high quality, but they are washable and don't upset when you have to toss them away. Raising a family with 3 kids, made it very inexpensive and efficient. Love your videos 😍 and your awesome tips! Keep rising family ❤❤!

When the Dollar tree came about years ago, a lot of people assumed everything was just one dollar. Of course inflation doesn’t help when prices have to go up and the more people rob from retail stores, the prices go up. I haven’t shopped at the Dollar Tree in a long time, there’s one just fifteen minutes from my home. I think I’ll go see what things I might need. 😁

We were just in the UK back in May 2024. My husband loves Doller Tree and was joking "I wonder if the have a Pound Tree?". and not 5 min latter we passed a Pound Land, it was prefect. Although we did not stop to go in, it was a good laugh. We would love to see a video comparison.
Oh Hello Bob Katie most definitely deserves Mothers Day in the USA as well. When we were in London we celebrated the extra day there so I say turn about is fair play and as much as she does for yinz she should have a special day each month, IMHO Yes Katie we call them bowls as well maybe they person had a hearing issue because I understand your accent perfectly.
Love the Dollar tree but some things are more than a $1 but here were I'm at we don't pay taxes in MT glad you enjoyed your time in America and Just Keep Rising 💚☝🏾

@Katie, you was 100% correct when you said "Is this for independence day" for some reason here in America the big Corp's for some reason put all holiday stuff out months before the holiday And yes you should have another Mothers Day and American style Mothers day, complete with flowers, card and then we take Mom out to eat to a restaurant of her choice!

Hi ALL l saw farthers day stuff the othere day. In Coventry UK .my friend got some tike on tiles ,from poundland the othere week. 6tiles for £2 . May be do a day's shopping in the dollar store. Katie the first mug you picked up would be good for noodles .Take care and all the best. 😊😊😊👍👍👍

Hi Freedom Family! I’m new to your channel as I just stumbled upon it. What a wonderful family you all are. I’m already subscribed.
Just a note… most stores will have the American 🇺🇸 flags and decorations out starting in early May. Memorial Day is at the end of May, Flag Day is June 14th and the 4th of July is coming up soon. You’ll also have a huge influx of Americana decorations for Veterans’ Day which is November 11.
And of course Katie should have a US Mother’s Day celebration. You guys are a joy to watch. ☺️
If you go back to Dollar Tree you should be able to get a mesh wire sieve for your rice.
All bowls are dishes but not all dishes are bowls. Yes you need an American Mother's Day. We stock shelves for holidays months ahead. Let's see, what else did I forget to mention,lol.

Yes I definitely vote for Katie getting another Mother's day 💕 The saying goes..when in Rome...so when in the states Mother's day is in May 🤗 Loved the dollar tree shop. Is it the same in the UK that some Poundlands are better than others depending on location? I can say that is the way it is here, I would go to a couple in search of what I needed and most times would find it at another location. Love how happy Jojo is he always brightens my day. Oh forgot to mention Target is a great store and they have a dollar section for some items etc. If you are interested.

Yes, in the UK we have found that some Poundland stores are bigger and better than others, with better or more products available, so I guess it can be the same with Dollar Tree 🤔

I don't know about in Florida, but in my state and most states in the US , we DO pay tax on foods, both take-out and in-store, &:every other type of product. Our rate is 8 cents on every dollar. A lot of states have 7 cents per dollar, 6 cents, 9 cents, etc, but if Florida doesn't tax it's foods, it's the first state I've heard of that does that.

We can't say for sure how it is with Florida, except that for every food store we've been to so far like Walmart, Costco and Dollar Tree, there hasn't been a sales tax on the food purchases, so maybe something has changed in Florida recently 😊
I think it's like produce that isn't taxed.

Yes there bowls.
Dollar tree really has extremely cheap stuff but you have to remember you also get what you pay for because they’re not gonna be worth that much. You’re better off going to Walmart or somewhere like that.
