I've a big confusion mam..
People walk very nicely in saree but I can't walk properly in saree..🥺 when I walk, I feel like all things are going inside in between my legs.. someone told me that it can be happen if my petticoat isn't fit from the waist area. Also someone told me that there are so many kind of petticoat like 2cut, 4 cut, 6 cut, 8 cut etc. She told me that I've to decide it by my body shape/preference. But my question is how may I able to know which one should I pick?? How to get rid of this walking issue? (Can't effort that D'coat) Please make a video on it..❤️
More the cuts more the volumes! Just similar to the concept of more kalis give more gher to your lehenga.
So if you're too skiny (having a waist of 24-28 and hip of 30-32) then go for 2 cut petticoats. I've a waist of 34-36, high hips and thick thighs, I prefer to wear 6 cuts petticoat and I neither look fat in saree nor feel uncomfortable to walk.
Also my maa told me a trick to never start tucking the saree from right leg but to do it from the centre of the body just below the naval. This keeps your legs free and make easy to walk and dance in saree. Even in High school I use to play outdoor games in Taant (cotton handloom) saree also my mom wears saree throughout the day for last 24 years and does all the households
