Honestly happy we’re sending these two to ESC. They’ve been relevant in the Nordic Countries for the past 10 ish years and have a hugeeee fanbase. It’s a well-polished pop song, great staging (honestly looks like an expensive music video production) which 100% represents the Swedish music industry. This genre is what’s mostly played on Swedish radio, on Spotify, etc. Makes sense why it won both the public and jury vote. It’s important to remember that we send what we enjoy. Will be very interesting to see where they’ll place at ESC, but in the top 10 I hope!
