- The day has come where Mazzy is forcing Dan to eat almost nothing for a whole week. We go shopping expecting to spend £20 but end up spending less than NINE QUID! That's less than Dazn spent on food for the wildlife! Let's get this out of the way and then take you back to the van to show what we have ended up with.

Thank you both for another lovely vlog. We lived for a few months on £9 a week to feed the two of us. We could afford to buy: a bread, some eggs, and a bag of potatoes.That was it. To compliment that we went into nature to pick eatable greens and picked limpets from rocks in the sea. Wow, looking back it's unbelievable but we did it. We just made the whole situation into a challenge to keep positive. Bless those people who live daily on tight budgets for longer periods of time. Love from Ozay and Ahiranta

uranium glass is considered completely safe as the energy coming off of it is only slightly over most areas background normal. You're subjected to far worse flying in a plane for an hour.
Hi Dan Mazzy , they used to make ornaments like sweet bowls out of uranium glass. I think its suposed to gently glow in the dark but went out of fashion back in the 50s . Great vlog as always . Lol A

Eat whole foods, it will massively improve the health of both of you. Meat and Veg, cut out that white bread, its one of the most unhealthiest food in the supermarket, no bread and no seed oils.

Don't think of it as meals for £20 this week. That's supplementing the store cupboard stuff you've already bought so easily double the price or more.

You really don’t want mice round your van 😳We had mice in our Motorhome from keeping it at a storage yard……absolute nightmare !!!! They can do phenomenal damage 😱xxxx

ALDIs fresh lasagne is great value, tastes lovely and less effort. Lasagne, salad and a jacket spud is a great meal. I can make 4 meals out of the fresh family size lasagne. Many be less as Dan has a big appetite.
Peppermint oil for mice.. spray it where you think the mice are ❤
Also use tea tree oil spray but it stinks for days.
Not a lot you can do in the middle of a field, after all they are field mice.

Just to compare, a loaf of store bought bread here in Canada where I live is $4.49 Canadian or £2.69 so to me that bread is inexpensive for sure. Cheers.
@Karen-63 I agree to an extent however post pandemic inflation in Canada has caused a huge increase in food prices. Same bread 3 years ago was under $3. I am fortunate that my pension is index to inflation but many not so much. Cheers.
