What a Fantastic interview Coach. I'm actually going through the same thing he was going through. My wife is working for insurance purposes. quitting has gone through my mind a couple of times. Although I have my 9 year being homeschooled and my wife don't get home till 7pm everyday. And with the interruption of school lunch dinner. don't get me wrong I worked to get at least 1 year of savings in our bank account to pay our mortgage, bills, food, and a few dollars to have fun with. I quit my Aviation job that paid 6 digits a year to pursue this career. and I love it its just that I have analysis paralysis. that I need to get rid of. but I will I also stepped away for a couple of months just like Andrew its almost like a mirror that I'm looking at when I watched this interview. thank you so much for this, God Bless you and your Family.

Brandon, I love your podcast! Each one is packed with nuggets. I get several things from each episode that I feel that I can put into practice immediately and that encourages me and gives me confidence to go out and do it. This episode was no different. I really liked the section on "why most agents fail to get the listing at a listing presentation" that starts around the 47:15 mark. SO GOOD!!!💥

Hey what did you use to study? For the state test I got my test Jan 6th in Sacramento to did you get a crash course or what did you use to pass the test? And was it easy ? Or somewhat hard
To one of your last points, being able to have that confidence at the table with your prospect to say “either way I’m good if we do this or not”, that confidence comes from having a FULL PIPELINE. When you have an empty pipeline, you get EPS, empty pipeline syndrome. You get desperate and people can smell that.

Brandon I’ll have to disagree with you..... the “Mom guilt” or parenting guilt we all feel. Men/Dads feel it too. The Real Ones are man enough to admit it, and the pussies aren’t. To a certain extent, sure some may not feel it, however there’s a little bit of that in everyone and Andrew here just powered through it the best way he knew how just like me and I’m certain just like you. 💪.
