Hi he is erecting a tower while not using a collective measure standing on a unprotected edge bad video to be showing. He should be using the 3T Methods. Also the short base to height ratio don't apply to mobile towers because of the light weight the out riggers must be secured at the first platform level. The short base to height has been withdrawn in 2013 the TG20 is in place . 4 façade braces are not needed either as two does the same as four to stop the lateral motion .
What they never show you is what they do when building above the 2nd platform level. Every video i seen stops there.
It’s literally just reappearing the lift over and over again that’s why it never changes 😂
