Dang this is a nice setup. Just wish there was a single turbo manifold for the passenger for us Americans...
Unfortunately nothing for now - hooker has a decent one i believe. Alternatively you could use our twin kit and make up a crossover and up-pipe to a single turbo!
@@aeroflowperformance dang... it's really the shape and angle of yours that I like so much... plus a very reasonable price!
@@dawsontupper4415 thanks for the kind words Dawson
any chance you can tell me what the go is with that remote water pump crossover manifold thing between the water pump flanges? is that something you make?
It sure is an item we make and sell. We have the adapter plates to suit the block which you can run flexible lines from or you can fit the logs to provide a clean solution
Here is the logs: aeroflowperformance.com/af64-2242-coolant-cross-over-log
And here are the plates for the block: aeroflowperformance.com/af64-2241-gm-ls-water-pump-plates
Nicely done video, does the passenger side tubro manifold ( for a single setup) hapen to work with the factory ls power steering pump? would rather keep the factory pump than go to an electric if I can.
As it sits the power steering pump needs to be moved up (i think there are some kits out there) or convert to electric steering
so glad you asked this question bro! thanks! hahaha
so these 3 part numbers are the correct numbers for both manifolds and crossover pipes to suit VE/VF commadore single turbo setup?
AF8200-1005 + AF8200-1010 + AF8200-1000?
Yes that's correct, then if you require it we also have the twist mount adapter to mount a T4 or 40 frame V-band turbo AF8210-2000 or AF8270-2000
yup i have with the vband to t4 twist flange@@aeroflowperformance. im already starting the intercooler pipes. but you dont happen to have a pipe kit for ve?🤣 i have the 600x300x76mm aeroflow intercooler. thank you for your brand. its made my l98 build a breeze
Do u have single turbo header in the US and if not how long does it take to get here
Shipping to the US is generally within 7 working days.
Will the twin forward facing fit with a factory truck water pump
The flanges finish basically in line with the front of the block, so how you fabricate from there will depend on clearance.
what! no gen 3 hemi 5,7 set ups? with eagle heads ? hemi swap 1970 e body challenger.
Unfortunately not at this stage...
Hi like the product, If i was to run the twin turbo manifolds facing forward and high mount is the 2.5 outlet to small if i want to make it single turbo setup, Motor is 6 litre lq9 408 stroker, on methanol.
Hey Mark, we find the 2.5 per side works fine as long as once you've merged it in to a single pipe before the turbo the volume is equivalent or greater than the two pipes - so at least 3.5" but probably 4" feeding the turbo
@@aeroflowperformance Ok great thanks for the reply, so when it merges into one go 4 inch pipe. Just got to work out a turbo now !
@@marksmith2726 we can help with turbos too! send us an email sales@aeroflowperformance.com
Are they available for a 4th gen camaro?
You may be able to customise them to suit however they are not available specifically for Camaro
Thank you.
Price for twins?
Hi Mas, you can see them on our website here: aeroflowperformance.com/af8200-2000-gm-ls-twin-turbo-manifolds
Is anyone selling your twin turbo ls manifold in the U.S.A
We ship at least one set to the states every month!
@@aeroflowperformance I will be ordering a set very soon. What material are the twin turbo ls manifolds?
@@louisward3654 brilliant thankyou. They are made from Steam Pipe, otherwise known as Carbon Steel
@@aeroflowperformance low, medium or high carbon steel so I know what I'm dealing w welding?
It's a low carbon steel👍@@louisward3654
they wouldn't fit a VE as wouldn't pass the power steering pump on SSV, on a large turbo T6 not enough flow be an issue with spooling up, the only way to get the best set up and flow is build your own or pay killa boost $3600 which is a total rip off
40 seconds of intro? Wtf
Lucky you can skip ahead! Don't worry, we're workin on it - the Video guys just love telling a story 😜😜
The twin setup is terrible ! You can’t feed 1 bank into the back of the other bank you end up with major hot spots. 1 bank ends up way hotter than the other. Cross over needs to feed into the turbo flange. Aerofail !
