I was once in your place, my brother! What really helped me is engage in some activity and take responsibility for that. Otherwise, I'll keep binge-watching Netflix and scrolling social media all day long, feeling terrible about myself. I've been trying hard to use social media the less I can (not always possible). One app that helps me a lot is AppBlock. Besides that, I'd say you have a good talent for communication and I think people would be interested in listening to you and your story. I find it interesting how you mentioned that we can't know for sure if Facebook would still be a thing in 10 years. The recent Twitter accident made us realize that the big tech is not as reliable as we thought it were. Anyway, I think that your hard drive endeavor is smart, it's ahead of it's curve for sure. I speculate that the internet archives will be compromised by whatever forces, and just like any other memorial and piece of important history it will be shredded. So keep your history materialized.
