assemble a bicycle!! Surly Cross check Part 1 Head parts and forks (with C.C)

I bought a Surly CROSS-CHECK frame, so I will build it into my favorite bicycle.
The first is the installation of head parts and front forks.
It's not a big deal if you have some knowledge and experience with machines and a special tool.
