No-Fuss Mango Kulfi Recipe | Cool and Creamy Delight | Beat the heat with this Mango Qulf
Here's a recipe for Mango Kulfi that doesn't require any cooking. This no-cook version of mango kulfi is quick and easy to prepare, making it a perfect treat for those hot summer days or whenever you're in the mood for a delicious frozen dessert.
Ingredients:
- 400g Ripe Mangoes (Cut into small pieces)
- 1 Cup Dairy cream
- 1/4 cup condensed milk
- 4 tablespoon milk powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
- Chopped nuts as required (such as pistachios or almonds) for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl or In a blender or food processor, add the mango chunks, condensed milk, Dairy cream,milk powder and cardamom powder.
2. Blend the mixture until smooth and well combined.
3. Pour the mango kulfi mixture into kulfi molds or popsicle molds. If you don't have molds, you can use small disposable cups or ramekins, cover with aluminum foil paper and insert the stick
4. Place the molds in the freezer and let them set for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.
5. Once the kulfi is completely frozen, remove it from the molds by dipping them in warm water for a few seconds or rubbing with hand to provide heat. Gently pull the kulfi out of the molds using a fork or popsicle stick.
7. Serve the mango kulfi immediately and enjoy!
