- Your Intex auto pool cleaner is not working properly? Did you set it up correctly? Probably not, the most common mistake is to hook it up to the filter inlet/pool outlet. However, it has to be connected to the filter outlet/pool inlet as it is propelled with pressurized water. Check it out how i is done!

did you have to replace the inlet or does it just fit on the inlet that comes standard with the intex 638g pump?
You just need to screw the nozzle of the inlet off. There is a thread which fits the robot's hose.
Will this work with a bestway pool is the attachment different which connects to the side of the pool
This should work with the best way. I use it with my summer waves pool

I can't connect it to the filter outlet, it won't screw (the connection is bigger than the filter outlet). It's there any adapter? It's a Gre swiming pool.

hello i have exactly the same pool. I want to replace the pump for the same model as you have in the video. I would also like to buy the robot cleaner. only now it is not clear to me if I can place the robot on the current outflow adapter that came with the pump. I hope you can tell me this does the robot fit on the outflow that comes standard with the pump or do I have to order another one?
yes, you can screw it on the water inlet. if I remember correctly, you need to screw off the cap on the pool's water inlet.
@@Unboxingexperience7 Thank you so much I saw a lot of videos on CZcams where first another inlet had to be placed and so they had to cut it in the pool first, this left me in doubt.
It literally went over a leaf and left it there. Didn't even move

@@MrFeelmyballs I just purchased a rechargeable Pool Blaster Max CG (Commercial Grade) and boy does it suck..... In the very way in which you NEED it to when cleaning out the pool. Picked up leaves, debris and even small sand particles. I LOVE it! Wish I would have had it all along. No need to hook it up to skimmer/ pump and it go through pool filter. I don't know how I lived without this thing all these years.......

Your robot should not work very well, the ejectors are not in line with the discharge holes

water goes from the pool to the filter pump, then to the robot and back to the pool. the robot is propelled by the filter pump!

filtration, but you need to connect the cleaner to the pump outlet! not inlet! It works by being propelled by the water flow.

I just bought mine. But it didn’t come with all those other hoses. Just one long hose.
Are you satisfied with it? I just bought it and it's moving on the same places, just one side of the pool and in the middle 🤷🏻♀️ he was in the same place like 10 times so far and still not very clean...

It should work. According to the manual the maximum size is 7.3x3.66x1.32cm with the included hose.

Why does my vacuum not move inside the water?
you need to connect it to the pumps outlet not inlet. The water needs to flow trough the robot. If it still doesn't move, you will need a bigger pump

Just bought the newest version of that cleaner it water flows with power but robot won’t move. Any idea why?
Im surprised yours works seeing as how your motor is mis-aligned with the cleaner hood, and therefore is nonfunctional .

this cleaner is a piece of shit. it destroyed my pool liner!! sharp edges on the plastic pieces from casting rubbed through the vinyl liner and now my pool is leaking water in various spots and i can throw it away!! plus the machine never worked well before. when the machines filter screen is clean, the robot drives around for a few minutes, but gets stuck at the wall a lot and if the filter is just a little dirty, it stops completely and you have to open it and clean it again. i want intex to buy me a new pool for destroying my current one.
If you buy anything labeled intex or any of it's sister brands, you're a doofus.
