      🎀I read a case where some ethnic Dr’s had to save this patient’s life, when they cut open his top. They saw his whole body covered in swatikas. The Dr was even saying that him and his team knew that had the roles been reversed he knew that the patient who would have been a white Dr. Would not have gone to such extreme lengths to save their lives. If they needed their help. Which lead me to thinking that there must be quite a few racist Dr’s out there who ignore their “Hippocratic Oath.”🎀

    Sometimes i really wonder if you peple think??? women are not paid less because that's illegal. They are not reprisented in high paying fields such as surgery. Now if you become a surgeon and get paid less that's probably some racisim sexist, but if you chose paediatric medicine or gynacology or some low paying medical field, which (are over reprisented by women) then dont' complain. It is unacceptable that the course of one’s career and life outcomes can be so covertly determined by one person’s/ typically a small group of people’s subjective opinion of an individual rather than their aptitude.
    Racism costs the NHS hundreds of thousands of pounds through failure to work collaboratively, taking full advantage of the skills and expertise of foreign contractors who take on NHS organisations in good faith as clients. Egos too often take precedence over and above the health outcomes of patients.

    Noone thinks black people can take more pain.. Where have you read that or ever heard someone saying that? Especially in the medical profession. The Doctor would be ridiculed. Black women are losing more babies due to less pain medication? Where are you learning this? Black women have higher rates of the risk factors associated with pregnancy loss. Diabetes, tobacco use, obesity, and low socioeconomic status. It is the case. Do you think these things will contribute to the stats? By not acknowledging this you are being deliberately miss-leading. I was with you on the biases. There needs to be an anonymous CV system but I think you should take more care with your claims. Can you imagine if someone believes everything you have said they will think there is literally a genocide taking place on Black women in hospitals. What might someone do if they truly believe this. I get what you are trying to do but the ends do not justify the means as this kind if rhetoric creates more animosity and division between races.

    Stop wearing your slavery on your sleeves and playing the victim.
    The people where I live just get on with life and I never hear them tell me they are victims of racism, in fact quite the opposite.
    First rule is you stop seeing yourself as 'black' and rather just another human being like the rest of us.

      🌷That is easily said then done. Akala who is mixed-race, stated that he never thought about colour growing up until as a child. He was searched by a police officer who put a gun in his face and called him the,”N word.” When the officer heard his English accent he then told him that he had thought he was a foreigner. And despite also finding out that they had searched the wrong person, there was no apology to the fact that a gun was held in his face. This incident opened his eyes to racism.🌷
      🌷A lot of ethnic people and mixed-race people can’t live the fairytale luxury of existing in a world, where race doesn’t matter.🌷

BUT the constant commands that I must accept sexual preference, religious beliefs and ethnic background has changed me. I am a person not a ISM or PHOBIC and I will not be harassed by LBGTQ, None Christian's and Ethnic Minorities. Change the story about why you did not get a break! Listen to yourselves, if a white person stood before you complaining about living in poverty without money and hungry putting it down to poor education, living in a drug infested council estate and not being English would you give them a job or say.
    " No thank you I don't want people who bitch and complain all the time"

      Exactly. As a bisexual man, I can vouch for this. It's all about narrative. The statistics that she used at the start of the video to justify the existence of institutional racism have been affected by other factors. For example, there was a counter study that gives evidence for people being discriminated against on the basis of their name being a typical working class name. These statistics have been poorly put together and anyone who isn't indoctrinated by this social justice warrior nonsense would see that. Racism does exist, but it is not inherent. It is taught. We need to stop blaming everyone else for our own problems.

    • @standZ4
      @standZ4 Před 2 lety

      @@takayu4340 Yes, working class whites are also discriminated, which black person denies this? Working class blacks and whites are both being oppressed, black people more due to skin colour. So it's a class problem but guess what? A lot more black people are poor because most western governments and through implicit bias also the citizens oppress minorities whether consciously or unconsciously. Black people have no problem with working class whites. It is the working class white people that are used as a tool by the elite who know that working class white people are happy to turn on ethnic minorities, against their own interests, as at least this means they are not at the bottom of the pile.
