My favorite video from that time was Adam breaking down the bike and slide incident in slow motion. Lol seeing the front tire of the bike fold in half and watching poor Adam going ass over elbows, was so funny. I'm glad Adam was ok of course but that and the Buc-ee's dog crap on the shoes incident, were Adam's funniest videos of all time! Thank you for reminding me of all that!

There's just something about TheDailyWoo and Disneyland that go together like peas and carrots. You are happier there than anywhere else on Earth. The new DVC resort is more awesome than I thought and the new DVC lounge totally blew away WDW's. Disneyland is still relevant. When Jay was in the little bubble chair, it reminded me of that "Men in Black" scene with the white bubble chairs. Hahahaha. Classic.

Back in the day, my friends and I used to go to Disneyland just to watch Polo play at the Tomorrowland Terrace. They were a fun band of cute boys playing 80s music. It was everything a teenage girl could dream of.😍

Since you no longer live in So Cal, why not stop buying a Disneyland AP and simply purchase a one-day ticket or multiple-days tickets for whenever you're in town? I haven't own a Disneyland AP since 2018. I don't go there as often as I used to and I can easily get a reservation. I think you and Jay should have purchased GeniePlus. It has been a godsend for me.

That lounge is definitely super cool! It has sort of a mix of 60s and 80s inspired theming. And access to the terrace is such a nice surprise. I wonder if they would allow you to bring counter service lunch up there to enjoy. That would be sweet!
Years ago there was a Shakey's Pizza in Tampa. A good friend who could play ragtime piano would perform while Laurel and Hardy and Little Rascals films were projected onto a screen on the wall over his head. It was a blast, and we got free beer and pizza too! Good times, never to be repeated.

Hello Adam! This was amazing following along with you and Jay: The Rope Droppers. My first experience riding the Matterhorn back in 2008, I had a broken arm; and the ride was brutal! I had contemplated riding again on our next trip in 2 weeks; but I think I'll reconsider after watching your video. Shakeys Pizza definitely is a great place to eat! Thanks for sharing your adventures with us! I am on my way to work, and I will be thinking about Disneyland all day! I am surprised to see that building (what was it, America Sings?) is still not really repurposed after 20 years. It's just for DVC? I remember it rotates. Would be fun to see that. 🙂
I was built for Carousel of Progress, and after that, yeah, housed America Sings. When that closed in 1989, it was the last of its rotating days. It sat used only as storage and office space as plans for a new attraction came and went, finally being used for a version of Epcot's Innoventions in 1999, then as Launch Bay in 2015.
We used to have a Shakey's Pizza in Fond du Lac, WI where I grew up. Not sure if it's the same Shakey's, but seemed like it could be. Sadly, ours has been gone for many years....

Shakey’s was also in Sacramento in the 1960’s, more than one location. It was our high school go to spot on Friday nights after football games. The year was 1968-69! Exact signage inside, it hasn’t changed.

I'm extremely jealous of that dvc lounge, compared to the one at EPCOT. Hopefully they step up the lounge at WDW

There used to be a Shakey's in Culver City. My favs are the train and horse drawn trolley.
I used to eat at Shakey's in Columbus, Ohio in the 70s, and then Cost Mesa, California, in 1983.
