+Matt UK1 Yep, I'd forgotten about My Immortal going on during the cemetery scene; but my own reaction to this was for two different reasons. The first was that I thought the main title song for Spectre was fairly weak sister compared all the others before it. The second was about an outline to a novel I'd been playing around with: which is about parallel worlds, doppelgangers and shadow conspiracies. And as I was writing away, this song was playing; with the lyrics in perfect sync with the overlying themes of the story. Still: Amy Lee, right? One could pick a worse Muse.

I got the chance to see her during Carnival of Madness in Atlanta last month. She is AMAZING live. Actually, the entire band was pretty beast.

Evanescence, and this song in particular, always give me nostalgic feelings of this game I used to play a lot. It was a difficult game, with glitches an was semi early in development. Then it got a huge update. It doesn't feel the same anymore.
