Sad to see Amrabat being misused all season and when finally given a proper chance takes it with both hands and is being considered for a departure when Mount is not even mentioned to depart. Smh

He is in the 6th percentile (as in bad, not good) for passes attempted per 90 minutes as a center midfielder, 12th percent for progressive passes, 19th percent for interceptions, and 43rd percent for pass completion. United are never going to dictate and control matches with a center midfielder with those terrible numbers. He is a center midfielder who actively hides from the ball, always passes backwards or sideways, has escaped criticism for years because of his âeffortâ, and abdicates his real responsibilities as a center midfielder in an effort to poach goals. He is a massive liability for United. And anyone who says âbut he scores goalsâ does not understand the real all around role of a center midfielder.

Amarabat played 3 of 28 matches at LB (people in thread acting like its other way around). He had 2 good games and failed otherwise showing he isn't a PL level player, particularly one we want for future. It's okay, he will find a role somewhere but keeping Amarabat after 2 decent matches is like bringing him in after one good WC match. So many other options for CM. Likewise, Casemiro had a decent game but nobody saying lets keep him around if Saudi comes in.
on amrabat we sell erikson for 5mil we only are paying 7mil technically its a bargain i think even for a backup i think there is a player in there if played more selling a mid and getting a mid thats peanuts and does not cost much already spent alot on the loan and can possibly sell donny for 5mil to 10mil if lucky and that covers the amrabat fee
