Great video Jason, all 3 of those condos are tastefully furnished/decorated, it would have to be the two bedroom for me as the first 2 seemed rather cramped, I think I would definitely rather go for an older 1 bedroom condo as they seem to have more space, regards from England mate 👍👍🍻🍻

The next big thing will be clearing the house out and selling it etc. part of me wants to do a somewhat brief stint of “van life” and see some places here in the US that I’ve missed out on in the last 9 years I was with mom. Might be a good way to prepare myself for extended solo travel and making sure I can really provide for myself adequately before rushing to the other side of the globe. Lol

Looks great.. How do you find the location? Being a little further back in, it seems around 3km from either Jomtien or Pattaya beach.. But love the look of the 2 bedrooms (the golf simulators are a BIG plus - Too hot for the real thing.. I have only ever been to Patong (about 6-7times going again in October) - But looking at early retirement options (in around 5years) to spend 4-5months a year (will spend 2-3 in Bali, 3-4 in Aus and the rest in Thai) - How do you find Jomtien to live in?

Damn right it’s too hot to play out in the sun.
I love living here, very central to everything, 3.5 hours to Hua Hin and in the opposite direction to Koh Chang, Bangkok and easy drive.

Hi mate, obtaining finance here is like any country and not easy as a foreigner unless you have a work permit and proof of income and from what I know, possibly a guarantor?? Anyone reading this might be able to advise and comment 👍

Some of these places are being made are so small zero room inside just how it goes if you like small places yes indeed but for the rest of us nope.Some of them are smaller then a jail cell just the way it goes.
