Finally a cdrama where a male (besides Luo Yunxi & Cheng Yi) knows how to kiss and bring that fire onscreen. This guy really knows what hes doing. And shes so adorably classy. Love them both.
He really knows what he's doing. Those kissing scenes are really unique. Looking at it. I have butterflies in my stomach and chills down my spine. Amazing chemistry. Even in the second series Maid's Revenge where they play together again. That tension could be sliced.

I laso often wonder how they can stay emotionally indifferent is such intimate scenes. May be the fact that they are not alone there kills the mood, LOL. Good ability to pretend must be a crucial part of being able to act convincigly and not fall apart or in love every time. And probably a good actor can pull himself out of the role when job is done... one probably has to have a special mindset for that...
I think this is the best kissing scene in all cdramas 😊 they both have strong chemistry and the drama is very good (10/10 for me)

I would never have made it through the series itself. The Chinese series are always too overdramatic and I usually fall asleep before the characters finally get closer to each other, which is the interesting thing for me. 😅

This one is a miniseries, episodes are short so it is actually perfectly watcheable in half a day. I honestly wish Chinese producers would do more 4-8-12-16 episode series. They have the actors, scriptwriters and teams to make more dense quality series, they really don't need that many filler halfarcs and halfcharacters
