MAXIMUM THE HORMONE drummer Nao-chan was the one who inspired NEMOPHILA drummer Murata Tamu to start playing drums. Nao had been her inspiration that push her to continue moving forward as a drummer from the beginning of her carrier and after she gave birth since Nao also did the same.
In 2019, months before NEMOPHILA was formed, Murata Tamu determined to make an unexpected appearance and managed to crash MAXIMUM THE HORMONE "second-store" franchise audition, and it goes well with everyone involved as shown in the video above.

For the songs she sings on Tamu Works section are:
1. ROMANTIC AGERU YO (I'll Give You Romance), ending theme song of Dragon Ball cover. It was for her appreciation to FREEZACK (drummer of THE WASTED band - with Freeza costume) and Dainashi (the masked drummer - backing vocals) who supported her solo projects.
2. SUMMER, her original song, one of the track from her self-produced EP titled INNOCENT released in Sept. 2017.
3. スーパーD&D ～完全にリードしてアイマイミー~ (Super D&D ~ Completely Leading, I My Me), one of the track from her collaboration single with LADYBEARD titled Super D&D/D Absolutely! released in May 2018.
Also for additional information: For her own self-produced EP released in Sept. 2017 titled INNOCENT, except for the track LUPIN III theme (rearrangement only), Tamu composed all songs by herself. Yes, she wrote all the lyrics and music from bass to guitars, piano to xylophone and everything in between.
Wow. I knew Tamu could sing and play keyboards, but the Sax and Guitars too? So cool.
And MTH Fangirling/Fanboying over meeting Tamu is the greatest thing ever.
Wow. Tamu is even more awesome than I realized. Drums, xylophone, keyboards, saxophone, guitar, and singing. What a little prodigy She is !!!
She play bass (5 strings!) and many other percussion instruments too. Her first instrument was piano and she still playing it until now. She composed all her songs in her EP and Singles by herself, everything from lyrics to music.

A pleasure to see Tamu playing other instruments
She plays bass as well and I have seen she's on 5 strings bass. She owns several guitars because her husband is a guitarist. Also according to Hara, she did play lots of other Japanese traditional percussion instruments like Taiko drums etc. but I couldn't find any decent footage of those.

Heck yea!!! Tamu is without a doubt in my top five drummers (to be respectful of the others). She actually reminds me a lot of Miyako form her versatility in musical instruments. This is one women that should never be overlooked! On a side note, I love Su-Metal more than should be allowed, but Moametal is just so darn respectful, polite, supportive, and all around the person I’d most like to meet. Murata Tamu would rival her for that spot. I know her husband is famous in his own right, but he is a very lucky man in my opinion.
As a person, she is very well remarkable. As a musician, she is very well beyond that. SAKI also mentioned that she look up to Tamu as far more superior as a musician compared to herself. FYI, in her self-produced EP titled INNOCENT, except for LUPIN III track, all songs were written by her, from lyrics to music, from piano to guitar and everything in between.
Her husband Akira Yamaoka is a guitarist, sound designer and composer mainly for TV drama, anime, movies, commercials and console games. He is general producer of the well-known video game "Silent Hill" - not only music production but also the main contents of the game. In 2016 he collaborate with Chester (Linkin Park) to play in E3 in LA. He played with SABATON as guitarist in 2017.
Both of them are successful musicians.

With that said, thank you for the specifics on her husband. I’m understand Japanese are more polite then us (USA) and more private. I respect that and do not want to interfere . However, I’m a dumb ass American that desires more knowledge when I hear something exceptional. Thank you for the reply.

Thank you and yes, that's the plan... but it require lots of energy and time to produce, so the video release will be limited to one (or two, if there's extra encouragement, which is very hard to come by lately 😅) per month. New video is still under development, currently progressing (slowly) at 40% and scheduled to be released by this month.
With that being said, the video of Tamu met Yoshiki (X JAPAN) that was scheduled to be released in December have to be postponed until next year. 🤘🏻
Tamu used to be in a girls' band "SORAMIMI" with JUNA, one of Japan's top female jazz bassists.

She did explain her feelings when SORAMIMI ended but its confusing for me to interpret, and she mentioned, she's also confused in the end 😅 eventually she expressed the feelings of 'having a band and connected to each other' - which is why when she decided to join NEMOPHILA as permanent member, it was a surprised for me but now I know why she made that decision 🤘🏻

That video was taken down purposely and upgraded to this revise version. This video have all the elements of the previous video with more footage, overly translated version and extended contents of Tamu's other works. "Theme from Lupin III" is a song composed by Yuji Ohno and this version is Tanu's own rearrangements released in her solo album titled INNOCENT (Sept. 2017). This particular clip was from her solo live concert where she led the tune on saxophone, gave ways to other multiple (guest) drummers to play along.

Vi un video de un grupo de metal progresivo en el que ella toca la bateria, creo que en esa corriente de rock se aprovechan más sus habilidades, en el metsl no tanto, es muy repetitivo,mi opinión.
