hello! After 2 years of learning, one year of applying for jobs I got into UX! I'm 6 weeks into it and I love it! Your book is a great asset when learning and planning one's UX journey! Also it's so true that you need to create projects, and after you're done start another one, and you will see the growth of skills and also hiring managers will see that! Good luck everyone! im new to this stuff, i have a question, How do you do more projects without a job or internships? Should we contact business and work for them for free or just pick a business that needs work and just starting working on improving their UX all for the portfolio? Thanks ✌🏽🐰

The only permission you need is your own. Go build something, make an interesting site, do a weekly teardown of a service and share it with others.
