எவ்வளவு முயற்சி, நம்பிக்கை, அதற்கான தீவிர உழைப்பு இருந்தாலுமே அவரவர் வெற்றிக்கான இடையே உள்ள காலதாமதத்திற்கான வேறுபாடே என்னை பொறுத்தவரை அதிர்ஷ்டம் என்று சொல்வேன். அவரவருக்கு இருக்கும் அதிர்ஷ்டத்தை பொறுத்து வெற்றியின் கால வரையரை நிர்ணயிக்க படும். ஆனால், அதிர்ஷ்ட்டம் மட்டுமே வெற்றியின் காரணம் என்று ஒரு போதும் நான் சொல்லவே இல்லை.
