      Hi Robin! Thanks! Every oven is different, but I would bake this size challah for at least 40 minutes, maybe 50-55. If you don't tuck everything under, you will likely need less baking time. Let me know how it comes out. 💗

      So sorry. Just seeing this now. Depends on your oven, and the size of the loaves. Can be anywhere from 30-50 minutes. I usually bakes small/medium loaves about 35-40 minutes, but I check after 30 minutes. If they look very golden brown, top and bottom, I assume that they are finished baking. I hope yours came out just right! Shana tova!!

      Se vuole una challah un po' morbida la cottura è 35 minuti a 165° C

    • @amykanarekdesigns3757
      @amykanarekdesigns3757  Před 2 lety

      J'utiluse une recette très simple, si vous voulez seulement deux challot. 2.25 teas yeast, 1 cup warm water, 1/2 c sugar. Allow to bubble. Add 3 cups bread flour, 1 teas salt, 1/4 cup oil. (I also add a little cinnamon & pure vanilla extract to make the dough sweet. Mix, knead, rise, bracha, shape/braid, rise again, egg/honey glaze & bake, 350 for 30-40 minute for two small/med loaves. ! Enjoy!

      Hi Tatyana- It's really not difficult once you get the hang of it. That said, if you would like some suggestions for simpler round challah braiding methods, just let me know. The coil, or turban method is super easy, and also looks great!
