  • Learn the fastest way to achieve a 10K monthly income through property investment in this video.
Discover the four fundamental changes that propelled me from five deals in five years to nearly 50 deals in just two years.
These changes include self-education, implementing the BRR strategy, effective deal sourcing, and documenting my journey on social media.
If you're considering deal sourcing, there are three types to choose from: side hustle, portfolio builder, and arbitrage.
Side hustle deal sourcing can generate a monthly income between 900 and 1700 pounds with as little as 15 to 30 minutes of daily commitment.
On the other hand, portfolio builder deal sourcing requires more intensive efforts, but can result in earning around 10K per month.
This approach may demand two to five hours of your daily time. Arbitrage involves building an online audience, matching investors with deals, and earning commissions.
While it takes longer to establish yourself in this arena, it can be extremely lucrative.
By watching the Fontaine brothers' video, where they achieve five to 10 deals per month through arbitrage, you can gain valuable insights.
Remember, nothing prevents you from exploring all three deal sourcing methods.
Discover how being a side hustle deal sourcer could have earned me an additional £1k to £10K per month had I partnered with someone in my area.
Find out how to create a pipeline and achieve similar results with as little as 15 minutes per day.
Let’s Evaluate where you are in your journey and determine which approach is realistic for you.
    Evolve your ideas
    Live on your terms

You are a fascinating source of information, probably the best property channel on YT. What gives you the edge over others is how candid you are and completely honest about difficulties and mistakes etc. I manage some HMOs in London so have greatly enjoyed your advice on refurbs and lettings management etc

Great value in that video, thanks. Liked and subscribed to give some value back to you. How do you go about letting someone with more experience know about a possible deal without potentially losing it?I imagine that’s a common fear for new starters. Also, sorry to be greedy with the questions but I’m currently working on a few possible deals, doing the legwork and nurturing them. I’m thinking, well other people must be looking at this as well. Just thinking out loud but if you do reply that would be great. PS, always try to fair exchange value.

Hey thanks for the kind words sorry for slow reply I missed this message… I think what you’re asking in your first question is how do you find and go about approaching a co-sourcing partner? if so, you start off by engaging with them on social media, not in the DM‘s, but in the comments of the posts, this gives them value because it helps the post then once you’ve done this for it, then DM them. and answer to your second question yes sourcing and investing is very competitive so there will be other people looking at the deals. That’s why emphasise the importance of consistency with following up because this will build the relationship helped and if I’m not answering them correctly please elaborate on the questions.

All strategies work as long as you work. SA has become a lot more competitive. But very much still works.
