LOL. The main cause of the unnecessary anxieties in his life is his lifestyle. He cannot tackle this with such shallow techniques. It's like trying to close the leaks in a tank with a tape. You leave a Islamic lifestyle (or at least a conservative lifestyle in any other society/religion), you have to face such issues.

He has matured, he can express himself and seems comfortable doing it. Unlike during the 1D days. My father always said halfway to resolving an issue is ACKNOWLEDGING it. He has acknowledged his anxiety and is obvioulsy working on it. Good for him.

I am so proud of Zayn, he has pushed forward from his struggle of anxiety and such throughout his life. His laugh and smile and him overall is beautiful and amazing. I missed him so much
Yeah if you look at the first solo live perfomance on the night show you can recognize how nervous he felt but when he became a dad he just doesn’t have tht “nervous” anymore

he’s always been such a thoughtful, introspective person. im so thankful he felt comfortable enough for an interview. it feels like catching up with an old friend. glad to see he’s happy and healthy 🤍
As someone who stan him since 1D era, I can see how he really is trying his best to start doing interviews again, he seems to feel more comfortable and ‘safe’ to open up now, and it’s such a joy to witness. We love you, Zayn ❤️

I tried low carbs and my anxiety started healing and also meditation helps a lot. I used to be very anxious about everything and now I’m calm and very positive thinking.
But his case is different being a public person is harder

So many were upset when he left the band. Majority of those didn't realize how much his anxiety was weighing on him. As hard as it was for him, it was the best thing he did. He needed to do it for his mental health! That's what should be priority to most!!
He also said that there was some politics going on, which made him take that decision.

He didn't leave cause of anxiety
Zayn did the right thing at the right time for him.
The 1D guys also all knew for a year before it was announced they would be going on hiatus.

This interview was so important and much much needed for Zayn. This shows what kind of a person Z really is. Only two years ago, the media and a certain family tried to portray him as an abusive, toxic and aggressive human being which he absolutely was NOT. Hope that this podcast will open some blind eyes😊

He tries to portray himself as he really is. Otherwise he couldn't have come so far even after getting so much hate and struggles.

Met Zayn in 2013. I have goosebumps hearing him speak again in a interview. When I met him, I immediately knew he has a such pure good heart. He had an ED at that time, wasn’t lookin good but he still gave me a whole smile & talked with me even tho he was going through a lot of stuff. I always will admire Zayn and always had big love for him even in the 1D days but now even more, since we didn’t heard from him in years. I really hope he will go on tour, so I can met him again.

I’m so proud of Zayn for being able to acknowledge he has anxiety as well as taking steps in his life that will not trigger it which is a huge milestone for people who have anxiety cause sometimes it hard to knowledge that you have something going on as well as well as making a goal of putting yourself in situations that will not trigger the anxiety. I can’t describe how proud I am of him. He looks so healthy and happy and relaxed. Sure, it was sad to see he left the band, but it was for his own mental health, and all the boys were stuck in such a toxic environment with their management and modest. But I’m so proud of him for getting through all of it and so so happy that he’s so comfortable with expressing himself. As someone with anxiety, hearing Zayn talk about how he’s overcoming it is really assuring and I look up to him for that.

His art is so good, however doesn’t always get the credit because he was a bit reclusive in the past. So happy for him. Overcoming anxiety is not easy. Children change us for the better.
