Hey Mark. Happy new year to you mate. The only thing I would say is the wood rack. The peel and turner is pretty standard things need but I found the steam injector rubbish as just ended up with a puddle on the stone. The door is ok but I haven’t used in a while and not sure when I would again
@@skinnyboybbquk I have a launch peel already, but no turning peel! Good to know. The wood rack I was on the fence over but if it helps with stopping any shock cracks and moving fire, that's only a good thing. Thank you!

@@scaryprowler no problem. Anytime. I wouldn’t say it’s stopped the cracking as mine has again 🤦🏻
Where did you buy the Dome from? What supplier?
I got the dome from Dawsons. Great service
