That was partially intentional. I didn't notice the lack of people initially until someone on Instagram pointed it out to me. Just about everywhere I went, there were very few people, so it was easy to shoot video without a lot of people in it. Some places had a number of people, such as Viru Keskus and Bali Jaama Turg.
