A tip Kaluhi:
when you’re dipping the potato slices in the batter, try dropping the potato slices in batches as they tend to make the batter runny from the potato juices
I dipped mine in three batches, only that for the interest of saving time, i recorded the first batch only. Same to trying, three rounds, but i recorded only one.
But your tip will definitely help those who don't know
