In March 2021 DG Overlanding visited a few campsites within the Kruger Park. This is our review of the Shingwedzi campsite.

Hi Fiona. Yes, it is great camping there.
Kruger National Park is a big 5 reserve so you have the chance of seeing Elephant, Lion, Cheetah, Buffalo, Rhino as well as Wild Dog, Leopard and all the buck species that occur in the region. And, loads of birds as well.
Its truly amazing.

Yes, it was very green with quiet a lot of water around.
