As I say in the video, one of my favorite swimbaits to fish is a Megabass Magdraft. I have caught a lot of fish on it in the past but after fishing with the Stealth Swimmer I may have a new favorite.
A few advantages this bait has, it is more weedless than a magdraft, it skips extremely well, and you are able to fish it at a faster pace than a magdraft.

A lot of Japanese baits out there that are very underrated.
on both the magdraft and magdraft freestyle, if you add some nail weights to it, you can fish it faster. it’ll also help it stay down in the water column if that’s what you’re going for.

I feel like I don't get the magdraft down far enough in the water column for fear of hanging it up. There's a lot of grass/trees/brush piles where I fish. This bait seems to be perfect for that Can't believe I'm just now hearing about it!

Love your videos man. Just wanted to point out that when you missed the bass at 2:09 you can see your rod was actually pointing at the fish and when you set the hook you swung all the way past 90deg and still had to turn your body and lost the fish. I think you were using a rod that was way too light for the type of hook you had on there. I’ve fished mags and mag slows with Swimbait hooks for years and the first thing I learned with them is when you feel the fish, hit them hard or that whole bait will just come out of their mouth. Anyway you can see by how far the rod bends that you lose at lest half of your hook set power with that rod. May be good for a drop shot or
Treble hook but wrong rod for a big hook.

Hey Tyler, great video btw. What's your opinion of where the trailing fish go, the ones that follow the fish that is currently caught, like do you think they go back to where they were hanging out at? Do you think you can throw back in there and catch the fish that was trailing?
My magdraft runs a little weird sometimes, but that’s probably because I keep it in a tackle box with other swimbaits and the tail probably is a bit crooked

Ok so what was the actual name of the lures? And a price?
You can use a wooden toothpick through the bait trimmed off flush to the sides to keep the hook from popping out as well. This is great when you are trying to stretch the life of any torn up swimbait.

What gear ratio do recommend and what reel
I talk about that towards the end. I would say something between a 6.3:1 and a 7.1:1 ratio.
