I’ve run the “green pipe” for 2 years in a workshop heating situation ie lots of hours, nothing wrong with it. There is no resistance at the burner so why you pipe is flexing I can’t imagine
Put the filter just down the pump
The pump angle is completely wrong and you're exhaust is absolutely horrible
