I just love your work so beautiful and relaxing. What do you add in your paints, it does not seem to dry fast.
Thank you ! Most of the time I don't use any medium, just acrylic paint.
What helps :
- Cool room
- I blend from edge to edge of the last paint applied, from the last brush stroke to the next, so I stay within the fresh paint. This creates a streak-free, beautiful, harmonious background.
- Spray the painting palette with water.
- Moisten the brush slightly before taking the color.
- Fast painting
But actually, quick drying is very advantageous for many techniques: glazes, structures, thick paint applications ......

Mauve, Greyish Blue, Naples Yellow Red, Brown, White, Black is what is listed but it looks like you are using 3 whites, one seeming to look like pearl white. are you using matte medium also? I would like to understand this more please.
In this painting I do not use any medium, only acrylics. Once white is semi-transparent, and once white opaque, glossy.
I use semi-transparent white for the background to blend the other colors in a pastel-like manner. Opaque white for the flowers and to brighten the background more...
