2003 Mitsubishi Galant 2.4L 4Cyl Idle Issues

I apologize for portrait video instead of landscape.
My 2003 Mitsubishi Galant has been having idle issues for a while now and I finally tried to catch one of the many issues on camera. Sometimes it idles high, other times it idles low. Not sure if I need a new throttle body or not. Lemme know if you know whats up with it. I also forgot to mention that it has thrown codes in the past (P0506 and P0507) and I have replaced the IACV.
Edit: For people asking the solution I had was buy a brand new (not used, I tried that also) throttle body off of eBay and the thing ran fine up until I snapped the timing belt lol. was able to fix it and get it running again but now I moved onto a Forester 😀
