because all coaches think they know everything because they learned if 30 years ago it's the only way they think. Coaches need to constantly be trying to improve and change to improve. Pride of most coaches ruins so many kids.

Coaches Trosky and Mongero know exactly how to distill advanced fielding techniques and overall game playing philosophies for any age level. We highly recommend the camp for any budding baseball player looking to take their game to the next level
This is a tremendous clinic for every prospect To get the opportunity to go through! Trosky is the best by far who has the ability to break it down And teach the essentials of "The Process"... As a coach I would love to have an opportunity to sit through his clinics... (Just a side note on this particular video the guy on the lawn Mower was very distracting ...Couldn't hear the coaches very well with the roar of the lawn mower)
Watched this a few times now. Putting some of this into my 8u program. So much great info that any coach can implement to make their players better. Whered you get the hat though @the prospect pipleline?
Wow coach Nate doesn't stop impressing me! He is so consistent and his techniques are right on spot, you can tell by doing it in he field and seeing the results by comparing when you are executing correctly or not... I've seeing all his vids on his channel but this one is like all of them compiled + the learning by just listening to him talking ... it is like being right there! Kudos!
