Gambit is a redeemable and reformed rogue and a favorite heroic X-Men member of mine, along with Ororo Monroe aka Storm, Jean Grey aka Marvel, Kurt Wagner aka Nightcrawler, Alison Blaire aka Dazzler, Cyclops Wolverine ,Rogue and Beast for examples!^-^
As kids, my buddy used to always draw Wolverine, but I always drew Gambit. Needless to say, I was VERY disappointed in his lack of appearance in the Fox and Disney MCU (He was cool when they DID show him).
I never used to like Gambit but he is very underrated. I can relate to him now. He is like what you get when you combine a gangster and a bandit. He is like a very cool criminal and he looks like he is showing off. I rate him as one of the best X-Men villains of all time. Crime is a business fits his theme perfectly.
X-Men 2 Clone Wars (1994) X-Men Vs. Street Fighters (1996) Marvel Vs. Capcom: Clash of Super Heroes (1998) Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 (2000) These are still the best games to have Gambit in it, the others... not so much.
Late, but I scoured the internet, and I CANNOT find who did that deliciously deep voice for Marvel Super War Gambit. It's like trying to find chicken lips! It's not even on behind the voice actors or IMDB. Bummer!!
lol how this shows game evolution. until 2015 its generally upward but then come the mobile games where gameplay cant be shown plus a switch game that stutters like hell even if theres no reason
