Can we all collectively say that we love Traum?
đ
Yep
Yes
Indeed
If it wasn't implied already by his playing
Not only he played the whole set of etudes, but he also played pefectly and with beautiful interpretation (in my opinion).
Traum, you're the best.
Thank you Nicola!
I love how he shows that he hasnât just quickly learned the etudes for the videos, but heâs actually completely mastered them and is even able to play them over again like this!! đđ. Good job Traum we love you!!
@@TraumPiano In my opinion, your interpretation is a whole lot better with SYNTHESIA!!!!!!!!!!
@@_rstcm that doesnât change their interpretation though...
@@loganm2924 I just want synthesia.......đ„
so this is what youâve been doing, you never disappoint
The biggest repertoire I've ever seen. You're going to run out of pieces to play at this rate lmao.
also, I really like the effect when the text comes in to show the etude title too
If I'm correct, he only has the Trois Nouvelles Ătudes left and then he'll have completed all Chopin etudes! Bravo!
Well the ones that where found. He could play Hamelin triple etude that people say is accurate to a lost etude of godowsky's transcription of Chopin etudes..
Or godowsky's unfinished study 50, also a triple etude
@@irodragon7184 no, it's accurate to the lost etude of Godowsky, which was based off Chopin's etudes. Big difference!
@@AsrielKujo I didn't know that. Still really impressive.
And we were impressed when he released all the Chopin waltzâs
Traum's back! We're so close to 100k!
Yes! Traum will probably do Liszt Complete Transcendental Etudes at 100K.

Yeeeeeeeeeet
Just when I thought it had been a while since a Traum upload, the legend comes through with 35 minutes of beautiful Chopin.
Yea, he always does that, doesn't he :D
đ€©
I was absolutely happy with the 1 hour of waltzes, and now this!!!
34 minute
@@MUZOTV1283 do you really have to correct someone? Your grammar isn't even right. It should be 34 "minutes" with an s, not "minute" without an s. If it's more than one, it is plural. Mr traum I'm with my 88 year old mom maureen at an old age home and we are sitting outside listening to your wonderful interpretations of chopin's music...my mom was a teenage prodigy and briefly a performer and chopin was/is her favorite composer..we both think you're a wonderful and sensitive player! Hi guys đWhat is your favorite etude among this set? đ€
Definitely Wrong note :)

I like op.25 no.11
No.9
winter wind
And now Rousseau can't even compete with his graphics anymore!
PS:
I love both Traum and Rousseau; let's not give hate to either one, since they're both extremely talented and make great, enjoyable content. I know the people on this channel seem to have a tendency to hate Rousseau for one reason or another, so let's not do that here. Ta!
đ
Tbh there are too many good pianists with this type of videos that I literally can't decide who I like more. Kassia, The Flaming Piano, SeeMusic (although he is really inactive), MusicalBasics... Traum just never stops impressing me though!
Even traumas upload schedule is better
@@astrongcc8911 MusicalBasics is pretty mediocre, no offense. Rosseau and kassia's interpretations are great and so is TheFlamingPiano's. Traum is good at virtuosic and clean pieces rather than more of the legato and rubato of romantic pieces. His interpretation is good, nonetheless.
I don't hate Rousseau, it's just clear who the better pianist is
Traum has changed my perspective of listening to a music,, I put more emotion in it and could make stories by interpreting it
Wow... I am so gald to hear that! đ€©
@@TraumPiano thank you so much đ
I'm so happy and sad simultaneously, I miss the notes. I love the visual representation of the notes, it means something to my mind. I know people don't take synthesia videos very seriously, and you deserve to be taken seriously, so the absence of notes won't ever make me stop listening to you. You are my favorite performer. I am sad to see them go though.
Edit while typing this I realized you have moving visuals now instead of notes. This could be cool. I am excited to see what images and visuals you put with the music.
Yeah I wish he could upload a separate version with the notes as well or something because I really loved looking as the visual representation of the song
Of course it doesnât at all take away from the great performance of the pieces
I think its better without synthesia
@@andrewla188 same
@@mrbluebob1066 I think he has uploaded most (if not all) of op.25 as separate videos and they have synthesia notes.

You deserve SO much more recognition. This is spectacular.
the traum interpretation is something that I can't describe with words... dude your music just made me cry.
keep going!
Just incredible of how his interpretation can reach the depth of the inner emotions, sometimes it brings up a smile, other times, a good cry.
I've listened to #1 by many other pianists, they all play the notes fluidly yet, none moves me, always ended up back to Traum's. His interpretations are just magical.

BRUH. Been listening to (and learning a handful of) Chopin's op10 and 25 etudes since I was 14 (42 now). Although Ashkenazy will always be my gold standard, I love listening to other people's performances and interpretations. And yours was fantastic! đ đ đ

Most underrated video ever in CZcams
Really well played, Traum. It is incredible how you completed all the set of etudes op 25 and op10
Best articulation of op.25 no.1, especially 1:17 to 1:32. Many people just skip over this part without care, but it should be clear that this part is a transition!
His musicality is literally god tier, I prefer some of his Chopin even to Zimerman who I think is the best Chopin player.
Oh... đ
True, there are some pieces that are better then Schiff, Zimmerman, Lang Lang, etc. Imo tho
Donât sleep on Rubinstein!!
@@nerrdinho Personally I thknk Rubenstein's tempo is inconcsistent with the emotion of some of the pieces. For example, I prefer Traum's interpretation of the Scherzos over Rubenstein. Which is an amazing achevement for Traum, imo.

hello Traum I love your channel you are an extraordinary pianist with a great gift, your humor in some videos, your beauty to play and a large number of difficult performances you played make you a virtuous pianist
Honestly as much as I miss the notes seeing beautiful vistas of space and various other scenes is the extension of how you guys in this genre of CZcams choose how to express the music in the texture of the notes. Awesome Traum!really love your interpretation of number 3!
Traum, you're a master of rubato and all other musical dynamics. Delightfully wonderful. My favorite is no. 1, because that's the one I'm currently working on and in my opinion, it's the best interpretation on CZcams that I have heard to date.. Then . . . hmmm, the one at "22:20" no. 9, then nos. 2 and 3. Nos. 5 and 6 look and sound extremely difficult, but the rhythms, melodies and harmonies sound very playful and melodious.
