Thank you so much for the tutorial! I was just wondering if the extra foam on top of the dome base is necessary or if you can just put all of the face pieces straight onto the dome. I hope this makes sense and thanks again!

Err patterns are usually recommended (bought or self made) but there’s nothing wrong with free handing it! Just use a reference is ya do :D
