You can test for yourself shoot blunder, switch to other gun or whatever, switch back and spam shoot button and you will notice your shot will come out a little before the animation ends.

I think they should reduce 1 kill range from blunder. I always feel like I'm cheating when I kill players at full hp when they're far away.
