I had long hair as well all I did was not bleach don't color it and use GOOD shampoo I use head and shoulders but something works different for everyone. Also once you grow you hair it's a good Idea to donate your hair, I do it every end of the year so I start the year feeling good! 😆 Hope this helped if I didn't so Sorry!!!😔😔😔😥😥
