It IS Akita Neru, not some yellow girl who wasn't in Mesmerizer. Neru is a fanloid (fan-made vocaloid) that appears in a song called "Triple Baka", which came out long before Mesmerizer. Triple Baka also features Hatsune Miku and Kasane Teto, who ARE in Mesmerizer, so people/someone made a fan-made Mesmerizer Neru. So that's who she is, pretty much. She's not some yellow girl, she's Neru.
