I live about 15 minutes from the Bell Helicopter plant where my father worked as a Electrical Engineer for over 40 years. The V-22 Osprey was designed and built by Bell. When did they become Boeing Helicopters? Bell in Hurst Texas is where they come from all over the world to lean how to fly Bell Helicopters not Boeing! Harrison Ford shows up here all of the time for flight training. Very discreet!
George Tirebiter: We are still Bell and continue to make the Proproters and Transmissions. They are assembled at the plant in Amarillo. Boeing makes the fuselage and most of the equipment and avionics. I have been a machinist at Bell for almost 24 years and am currently at the Hurst plant.

I was just making the uninformed that Bel, brought this to light first hot Boeing. Do you know that the Bell test plant off Matlock use to test fire weapons? Of course that was before all of the morons bought new homes out there. I know about Canada where the wiring harnesses are produced. There's just not much much much much my family does not know about Bell. I miss the days of see all of those great copters at the Hurst plant! Right there on the west side of the building. Now it's mostly a parking lot for cars.

The flags are then discretely taken down the next day as happened in July 2021.
