Just a tip on the boxed pizza: mix the pizza dough in the morning and refrigerate it all day while you're gone. It has yeast in it and that needs time to rise and develop flavors. It tastes much better and gives a headstart on your dinner.

This is a great video! A full week of meals for a reasonable amount during this inflation and not everything is cooked from scratch. I agree, who has time for that all the time. I know some people might still think it’s not a lot but wow it is, you fed your family for a week. Just a tip, Costco has the organic string cheese, double the number of cheese sticks, for half the price. They taste fantastic (Kraft tastes like chemical filled plastic to me) and are a better deal than the bag of 8-12 at the grocery (non-organic.) Also, I picked up a bread maker at our thrift store (and see them there regularly) and it makes it very easy, just put the ingredients in, and 90 min to 3 hrs later, it’s done with no babysitting (also makes pizza dough, etc) tastes a lot better than store bread (which the decent kind is $5-7 a loaf here) freezes well, so that is a faster way to get inexpensive, healthy bread. Bread maker was $6 at thrift store.
