Hello, everyone! How are you doing these days?
I am working quite well in this hot summer inside the hospital where air conditioners work just right. I am preparing my Dermatology residency matching from this week. This makes me a little nervous and edgy and I'm being careful not to hurt anyone around me 😊 Luckly, everyone is very supportive and helping me go through this difficulty. I wish for the best for myself, but, I will always be aware that the very best is actually not what I decide. I have encountered many frustrating moments failing exams and failing my 1st choice of med school. But, my 2nd choice came out to be much better for me and gave me more freedom to pick my residency specialty. Maybe, adjusting gracefully to the given situation is the only answer. Praying helps a lot, too.
My small talk got so long.
Anyway, this time I brought this summer special study with me. The old building you see outside the window is a Korean traditional house called 'Han-ok'. You can see a lot of those if you visit Korea. I love the sound of crickets, frogs, and birds chirping. Love the summer breeze as well. A little sweat feel just fine these days.
Plz enjoy, and I will come back sooner or later with another study with me.

공부할때 듣는, 음악들이 편안함은 주는데, '기억해내는' 작업과는 거리가 멀어지게 만든다고 하더라고요. 저는 가사없는 재즈음악 중간중간 공백의 시간을 넣어서 이를 해결하고 있어요.
공백의 시간에는 '기억을 끄집어내는' 연습을 하고, 나머지에는 평소처럼 공부하고요. 저같이 민감한 분들이라면 '기억해내는' 연습을 섞는 것을 추천드려요. 몰입에 도움되실거예요.

1년간 힘든 수험생활을 함께했던 스터디영상..노래도 다 제가 좋아하는 것들이고 배경도 너무 예쁘고 정말로 같이 공부하는거같아서 덜 외로웠었는데 .. 지금은 시험에 합격을해서 발령도받고 새로운 어려움으로 또 힘든시간 보내고있어요😅 그러다보니 괜히 생각나서 노래들을겸 영상 보러왔어요 ㅎㅎ 정말감사합니다 좋은영상 만들어주셔서

I played the video for some soft music and studied for almost 2 hours straight. Came back seeing the sky had turned from day to night time, I realized how long I have been concentrated. Don't know if there were anyone like me ^^

I don't have a room, or even my own gadget or just a new view or a pleasant outside or surrounding.. But these videos along with my headphone/headset help me focus on my activities for school :))

to everyone who is trying for a bright tomorrow. Always try your best because everything will pay off. Before studying, I always tell myself that I only study for 10 more minutes and in that short 10 minutes I know what I should do next and then I study for hours (this method of learning everyone try to apply). sometimes I get depressed and don't want to continue on the path of education, but perhaps society is still changing, there's no reason why when the people around me are still working hard to move on, I should just stand there. After all, I motivate myself, compare myself to others or to myself but discipline is the key to getting you anywhere, so pick up your pen and study, sit seriously, straighten your back. , try your best to prepare for that flight , the magical flight that brings you to success and ...... remember , recharge yourself with energy and do not give up before the storms . Because failure is just an opportunity for us to do something again in a smarter way. And lastly, always believe in yourself, I can do it, I'm trying and I've done it.

Small advice for the ones who are doing medicine. Me myself had been used to studying with physical books and handwritten notes. Did the same for A/Level, Med school finals and Postgraduate part 1. But now I am sitting for the part 2 exam and I have switched to digital note writing which was really hard at first.
The importance lies in that medicine constantly gets updated with new research findings and guidelines and the digital notes help you add new details and edit the old ones. Plus its always available in the cloud
I am currently using one note and also a Pen tablet as I cant afford a Ipad pro or a pen supported laptop. But it works fine once you get used to it.
