Yes, every hotel has electricity from Lukla to EBC/Gorakshep. But you will not get the power sockets in your room because you have to pay extra
for mobile charging, power bank charging etc.
At Namche Bazar mobile charging etc is free.
I will recommend you to carry a power bank.

Yes, you can't stay at EBC. You have to stay at Gorakshep

No, drones are not allowed on EBC Trek.
You have to take Sagarmatha National Park permit after Monjo and it's clearly written there that after that place you can not carry drone with you.
