Phil vickery gave me the very best tip for cooking meat. Not to bother browning especially diced meat. I don’t brown any meat now, and it turns out perfect. I’m 79 and I wish I had known this years ago. I’m forever grateful. I really hope he see these remarks.

Holly should be grateful she is getting feed and for free….some people can’t even afford salmon or a lot of food in the first place…beggars can’t be choosers…but I doubt she could comprehend that with her privileged life.
