this one is dedicated to my USAF cousin pilot, whose plane was shot down over Hong Kong, it was a raid on Japanese occupied Hong Kong in 1942, but luckilly he was saved by Chinese girl and Chinese partizans, so he got back to his base in India. Sadly he died the next year in a collision of two US airplanes.

@@evergreenbestmusic1427 the Japanese fought the Chinese during world war II. Using a post world war II Japanese movie for a song David Bowie wrote about China from an 80's perspective makes no sense to me. However, I've been a Bowie fan since the 70s. What do I know?

The Chinese and Japanese do not distinguish the appearance between of a Frenchman or, for example, a Belgian or a white American. On the other side, many people can not see the difference in appearance between the Japanese, Koreans, Chinese e.t.c. which are yellow races. Movie about a couple in -II- world war "Emperor" seems to me a perfect to show it through video. Thank you. I know that Erkiko Hatsune is a japanese artist in movie " Emperor " which I used for this song. You would certainly not believe to me, but it is very hard to see the difference between asian people. It is the same thing as it is with european people.
